Plans Move Forward to Renovate Miles Kimball Building

Local News

Tonight the Oshkosh Common Council voted unanimously 7-0  to move forward with renovations of the historic Miles Kimball building in Oshkosh.

The 120-year old building is located on 9th and Main Street, near downtown Oshkosh.

According to documents submitted by Bridgeview Holdings, the company that wants to renovate the building, are looking to use it for either a restaurant or retail spaces with two patios on the bottom floor.

The second and fourth floors would be used for office space and there would also be a rooftop tavern.

The Oshkosh Plan Commission also unanimously endorsed these changes at their May 1st meeting.
