U.S. Representative Mike Gallagher will host Save The Bay’s Field Day at Vande Wettering Farm in Greenleaf on Wednesday.
The event is aimed towards highlighting what local farmers are doing to improve water quality and soil health in Northeast Wisconsin.
Save the Bay is a Northeast Wisconsin collaborative initiative in which agriculture, academia, industry, government and nonprofit leaders identify, share and promote conservation practices to reduce phosphorus, nitrogen and sediment flowing into the waters of Green Bay and Lake Michigan.
Save the Bay Field Day will take place at Vande Wettering Farm and will begin at 12:30 p.m.
