Roof Collapse

A second roof in as many days has collapsed in Oshkosh because of heavy snow.

The first collapse was Ye Olde Goat late Sunday morning, followed by Five Below on Monday night.

Around 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oshkosh fire and police responded to a report of a roof collapse at Five Below on Kohler Street in Oshkosh.

Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department tells Local Five’s Paul Evansen an employee working inside heard a noise that caused them to exit the store and make sure no one else was inside.

Local officials are concerned as more wet weather is on the way.
