Soccer Coach Arrested on Alleged Child Enticement Charges

BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) — On Monday, April 22nd, 27-year-old Jesse Pfaff was arrested for Child Enticement charges.

This alleged activity involves bringing victims to a secluded area for the purpose of having them expose themselves. 

The victims were allegedly lured into a secluded area under the direction of taking measurements to track to the progress of physical training.

Pfaff, who was associated with the DePere Soccer Club, provided private coaching, that was separate from any activities of the other organizations he was associated with.

This is when the alleged child enticement activity took place.

The arrest was made based on the actions that were reported, witness observations and the content of text messages sent to one of the victims.

The parents also became concerned about the unusual interest was shown in their children and inquired to learn more about this man befriending their child.

After that, the club president first contacted law enforcement. 

Due to the alleged offenses and ages of the victims, law enforcement will not be disclosing any details beyond what is in the criminal complaint.

Pfaff made his initial appearance in Brown County this afternoon.
