Streckenbach Declares Agriculture Day at Breakfast on the Farm

Local News

New Horizons Dairy hosted Sunday’s Breakfast on the Farm in Brown County on Sunday, which was where Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach also proclaimed the day as “Agriculture Day”.

Breakfast on the Farm is meant to educate the public on how a dairy farm works, where food comes from and the importance of the dairy industry in Wisconsin’s economy.

All proceeds from breakfast on the farm are used to provide free agriculture education programs to students attending Brown County schools.

About 5,000 people were expected to attend Sunday’s Breakfast on the Farm.
