Police say they have arrested a suspect from Tuesday’s armed robbery.
A 54-year-old man was arrested Wednesday at a local hotel.
The armed robbery prompted two Oshkosh schools to be placed on lockdown.
The armed robbery is still under investigation.
Two Oshkosh schools were placed on lockdown after a nearby armed robbery.
At 11:19 a.m., police were called to an armed robbery at Hometown Pharmacy located in the 1800 block of Jackson Street.
A man was said to have gone into the pharmacy with a handgun and demanded money. He was last seen leaving out of the back door of the business.
Oaklawn Elementary and Oshkosh North High School were placed on lockdown due to the nearby robbery.
The suspect was described as a white man, 40-50 years old, 5’6”-5’7”, 160 pounds, and wearing a light gray zippered sweatshirt.
