Suspect in Deadly Hit-and-Run Convicted

The suspect in a deadly July 2018 hit-and-run accident has been convicted.

47-year-old Michael Pribbernow has pleaded guilty to Hit-and-Run Involving Death and Third-Offense OWI. On July 28, Pribbernow hit 18-year-old Timothy Cruse of Amherst, resulting in his death.

Pribbernow is scheduled to be sentenced on April 16.
