Suspects arrested in Green Bay robberies and auto thefts

Two men have been arrested in connection to a string of armed robberies and auto thefts.

Thirty-four-year-old Joshua Stutleen and 26-year-old Jose Roman-Zayas were arrested in early November are being held on probation violation charges. Green Bay Police plan to charge them with armed robbery and operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. 

Green Bay Police say that the cars the two stole were later used in armed robberies. Over the last three months, investigators collected evidence from each of the crime scenes to identify the suspects responsible. As a result of their arrests, investigators cleared four auto thefts and six armed robberies.
