A former and current teacher of the Reedsburg School District have been cited after police say that they vandalized an administrator’s vehicle.

On Friday night, police were notified after the car tires of a Reedsburg High School administrator were flattened during the graduation ceremony. Police say that it was determined that the valve stem pins were removed and the tires were subsequently flattened.

After security camera footage was reviewed, James Reynolds and Tracy Chambas were identified vandalizing the car.

Reynolds, 50, is a former Reedsburg High School teacher and current Weston School District employee.

Chambas, 44, is a current Webb Middle School employee.

Police say that both Reynolds and Chambas were cooperative with the investigation and took responsibility for their actions, characterizing it as a prank.

They were both cited for disorderly conduct.
