Tips from Prevea Health during Food Allergy Awareness Week

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) Food allergies can occur at any age and affect up to 8% of children. During Food Allergy Awareness Week, it’s important to be on the lookout for foods that could interfere with your everyday life.

Dr. Jeffrey Shaw, an allergist at Prevea Health, stopped by Local 5 This Morning to talk more about common allergies, ways they can be treated and prevented, and the difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance.
