Titletown Phase Two Aims to Build a Community in Titletown with Housing Development

Local News

The Titletown District already hosts a variety of attractions, from a playground to a tubing hill, but developers are hoping to keep a community in Titletown fulltime with a new housing development.

“This could be a really great place, not only to visit and to come to when you live somewhere else, but to be a part of this community and live right here,” Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy said at the unveiling of development plans Wednesday.

Those plans consist of an apartment building that will host up to 150 units and 70 to 90 townhomes.

Also revealed Wednesday were plans for a four to five story office building and commercial properties.

Plans for the district have been made in hopes of keeping the Packers in Green Bay.

“This will help spur economic development in the area,” Murphy said. “Right now, obviously we’re very stable but as things change within the league, we want to make sure we can continue to compete, both on and off the field.”

The new development will be funded by the Packers and other private investors.

Prices for living in Titletown have not yet been posted, but you can click here to join the new development’s official “Interest List.
