Two Arrested in Prostitution Related Crime in Oshkosh

The Oshkosh Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics Unit and Detectives are investigating a human trafficking and prostitution related crime. 

During an investigation, an investigator acting as an undercover made arrangements with a female to exchange cash for sexual contact. A female met with the investigator and was taken into custody for one count of prostitution. 

Police also arrested a 25-year-old man that drove the female to the site to meet the undercover. He was taken into custody on charges of solicitation, pandering, possession with intent to deliver as well as a possession of marijuana. 

An investigation continues as the Oshkosh Police Department are trying to determine if force or coercion were involved.
