Two people are dead and one was injured after an accident in Oconto County Friday.

Deputies responded to the semi vs. mini van crash at 11:40 a.m. on STH 64 in the Town of Mountain.

An investigation showed that the mini van was traveling east on STH 64 when it crossed the center line and hit the westbound traveling semi.

Officials say that road conditions appear to be a factor in the crash.

The two people inside the mini van were pronounced dead on the scene.

The semi driver was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
