Two drivers were arrested early Sunday morning for their involvement in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at North Webster Avenue and Main Street at around 2:38 a.m.

One of the drivers was a 54-year-old Green Bay resident, who had to be extricated from his vehicle and was taken to the hospital with what were initially thought to be life-threatening injuries.

The driver’s condition has improved, and police say the driver has since been arrested for OWI 4th Offense.

The other driver was a 15-year-old Green Bay resident, who was arrested for OWI Causing Injury.

Police are currently working to reconstruct the scene. The intersection remains closed, and should be reopened by 8 a.m. Sunday.
