The Ashwaubenon Public Safety Department says two fishermen fell through the ice in Ashwaubenon Thursday evening.

It happened shortly after 6:00 PM at Bay Harbor Circle.

Authorities say a resident witnessed two men on the ice trying to make their way to shore, but the ice was breaking.

The Ashwaubenon Public Safety and DePere Fire/Rescue deployed an ice rescue raft to help the men.

They were brought to shore and were not injured.

Authorities are warning people to stay off the ice as temperatures get warmer.
