Green Bay Police say the have arrested Morris Quinn, 28, in connection to the shooting on Shawano Ave. on Wednesday.
Police say they were notified by a local community organization that Quinn was at a possible location in the city. He left prior to the arrival of officers, but police were able to obtain a description of the vehicle he was in. Officers later located the vehicle and took Quinn into custody.
Investigators now believe that all the people of interest and suspects have been interviewed or are in custody.

Investigators are now looking for Morris Quinn, 28, of Wrightstown in connection to the shooting outside 997 Shawano Avenue on Wednesday. Police are asking for the community’s help in finding him. Quinn is considered armed and dangerous, and is wanted for attempted homicide and armed robbery. If anyone has information, you’re asked to contact police. Police stress that you should not approach him.
On Thursday, investigators traveled to a residence in Oconto County to locate two people of interest. In conjunction with the Gillet Police Department, investigators took into custody a female that was later questioned and released.
The other person was later identified as Mitchel Belongia, 28, of Gillet. Police are recommending charges of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Bail jumping. Gillet Police Department also has charges on him that are not related to the Green Bay Police investigation.
Police in Gillett have arrested a 28-year-old man believed to be a suspect from Wednesday’s shooting on Green Bay’s west side.
At 2 a.m. on Thursday, the Gillett Police Department was requested by Green Bay police to locate the suspect and his vehicle in regards to Wednesday’s shooting. Shortly after, officers located his vehicle in the parking lot of an area motel and had information that the suspect was in one of the rooms with other possible accomplices that were suspected to be heavily armed.
Once police and deputies from the Oconto Sheriff’s Office surrounded the motel and evacuated guests from the building, the 28-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were taken into custody without incident. The two suspects and the vehicle were then turned over to Green Bay Police for their investigation. Meanwhile, authorities confiscated items related to the use and distribution of marijuana and meth in the room the suspects were staying in.
Green Bay police already had three suspects in custody following Wednesday’s incident. Charges are now expected to be filed once the investigation is completed.
