Green Bay Police Chief Andrew Smith tells Local 5 that it’s believed the same suspect has been involved in a string of armed robberies.

The first happened around 7:30 Monday night at Superior Discount Liquor on South Military Avenue. The suspect allegedly robbed the store at gunpoint, and got away with some liquor. He then fled on foot.

The second happened at the Dino Stop off South Ashland and Lombardi Avenue around midnight on Tuesday. Smith says the suspect got away with money in that incident.

The third one happened Tuesday morning around 4:18 at the Shell Gas Station at 2509 University Avenue.

Smith called the incidents “concerning” with them all happening within a short period of time.
