UPDATE: Lockdown Lifted in Green Bay

The Green Bay School District has lifted the lockdowns at Lombardi and Red Smith schools.

They say the “secure the building” was the result of a domestic situation that impacted both schools.

School dismissal will proceed as normal.

Two schools in Green Bay are on lockdown this morning.

As a precautionary measure, Lombardi and Red Smith secured their buildings from an outside situation due to a community concern.

According to the Green Bay Schools Facebook page, the students are safe, and the school day will continue within the building as normal.

The schools are working with law enforcement on the incident.
