UPDATE: Missing 92-year-old Waupaca Co. Woman Found Alive

92-year-old Kathryn “Kitty” Wenckus, missing since Thursday, has been found alive.

Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office gives the latest in the search.

The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department is asking for volunteers to help search for a missing woman. 92 year old Kathryn Kitty Wenckus was last seen in the Chain of Lakes area about 1:30 pm today. 

                She is on foot and believed to be wearing flannel blue print shorts, lavender colored polo shirt, and a gray hooded sweatshirt with “Chain O Lakes Waupaca WI” lettering on it. Anyone with info is asked to call Waupaca Co. Sheriff’s Office at 715-258-4466.


               The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department is also asking for volunteers to help search for Wenckus tomorrow morning. Volunteers can respond to 180 Cty QQ Waupaca, WI tomorrow September 7th 2018 at 9:00 a.m. You should check the Sheriff’s department’s Facebook page first for any updates.
