Calumet County Sheriff’s Department has released audio to Local 5 from the 911 calls that came in during the home explosion in the Village of Harrison, Wednesday.
The call illustrates a very dramatic scene that unfolded at the time of the explosion and thereafter.
A woman can be heard describing her and her child’s injuries to the dispatcher.
She tells the dispatcher that her hand is lacerated and that “we’re all bleeding,” and , “my baby’s hurt.”
Police have told local 5 two people, next door neighbors, were injured in the explosion.
The two people injured were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Local 5 Reporter Jordan Lamers has learned that WE Energies has yet to determine the cause of the explosion.
Residents have been allowed to return their homes as of 12:30 p.m.

Two Reported Injured in Fox Valley Home Explosion
Calumet County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed the home that exploded Wednesday morning was a seasonal residence and no one was home at the time of the explosion.
However, the sheriff’s department went on to say that two next door residents were injured from the incident.
The injuries are not life threatening.
No official information on the cause of the home explosion has been given yet.

A fire at the home has reportedly been extinguished.
According to a Steven Alt, a neighbor living a quarter mile down the road, there was a loud boom at 8 a.m.
Alt says the home, used as a vacation home, was destroyed and that some nearby homes also have damage.
Firefighters have been going door-to-door to evacuate residents near the area.

A home on Fire Lane 12 in the Village of Harrison has exploded.
The home is reportedly on fire.
Residents as far as Hilbert, Brillion, Little Chute, and Kimberly reportedly felt the explosion.
