UPDATE: Police investigating vandalism at Martin Elementary School

Update: Green Bay Police found that a 9-year-old and 7-year-old were behind the vandalism.

The two children broke into Martin Elementary School and damaged doors, windows and stole various items.

The damage is estimated at $6,000.


Shortly before 8:00PM Saturday night, Green Bay police were called to Martin Elementary School on reports of vandalism.

Police report that multiple windows were broken and papers were thrown throughout the building.

They could not comment on the extent of the damage, nor the cost to repair.

The Director of Communications and Public Relations at Martin Elementary could not comment on the cost to repair the damage.

The Director of Communications says summer school will proceed as normal on Monday.

The vandalism is under investigation.
