Police have identified the man they say robbed multiple businesses in the Green Bay area. He is 26-year-old Charles Skenandore. Police say they have connected him to the following robberies:
- Toppers, 2042 Main St. on November 6
- Elf’s Gifts, 1132 S Military Ave. on Nov 8
- Bake My Day, 1203 E. Mason St. on November 17
- Stoneridge Shell, 1053 Velp Ave. on November 21
- Subway, 2569 W. Mason St. on November 25
Police say Mr. Skenandore allegedly stole $1,000 combined from the five businesses. Police also believe the robberies were committed in order to fuel a drug habit.

Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested
The Green Bay Police Department has arrested a suspect believed to be connected to a recent series of armed robberies.
Police say he’s a 26-year-old man from Green Bay, but are not releasing his name. Police say they received a report on Tuesday afternoon that the suspect was at a residence on the Osha-He-Ta Trail on the west side of Green Bay. Area schools were placed on lockdown as a safety precaution.
Police say the suspect surrendered without incident and the lockdown was then lifted.
The investigation is ongoing and the suspect has not yet been charged.
