UPDATE: Three Men Arrested for Attempted Homicide

Court records show three man have been arrested in connection to the December 10th shooting in Green Bay.

Ricardo Torres, 25, the suspected shooter, was arrested for Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide.

Richard Torres, 28, and Andrew Flor, 26, were arrested for Party to a Crime Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide.

All three will be in court Friday at 2:30 p.m.

Green Bay Police Captain Kevin Warych told Local 5 the victim is alive.

 Arrest Made in Overnight Shooting in Green Bay, Victim in Serious Condition

A 25-year-old male has been arrested following the overnight shooting on Green Bay’s west side, Commander Jim Runge confirms. An identity is not yet available, while the victim, a 23-year-old male, remains hospitalized in serious condition.

A 23-year-old man is in serious condition after being shot multiple times on the city’s west side early Monday morning.

Green Bay Police say it happened around 12:47 am when they were called to an apartment complex in the 1800 block of Western Avenue for a report of shots fired. That’s when they found that the man had been shot.

Police say he was transported to a local hospital by Green Bay Fire Rescue.

Police are searching the area for witnesses and continue to process the crime scene. They are still investigating a possible motive for the shooting.

No other information has been released. Local 5 will provide updates as they become available.
