UWO Former Chancellor, Vice Chancellor Face Criminal Charges

OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) - The Wisconsin department of Justice has filed criminal charges against former UW-Oshkosh Chancellor Richard Wells and former Vice-Chancellor of Administrative Services and CBO Thomas Sonnleiter.

The charges are connected to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Foundation financial issues and real estate projects.
