OSHKOSH, WI — The Oshkosh Police Department is asking for help in locating a suspect who has allegedly been fraudulently cashing checks throughout the Fox Valley.
Ben R. Bosworth, 27, is described as having blue eyes and blonde hair. He is 5’10” and weighs 200 lbs.
