Monday Morning Forecast 4-22

From Storm Team 5…

Today will be cloudy and warm.  There is a chance for a stray shower or sprinkle during the morning hours, but a better chance for everyone to see rain will be after 4 or 5pm this evening. High temperatures will be in the 60s and 70s away from Lake Michigan.  Highs near the water will be stuck in the 50s with a breezy off the lake.

Tonight, scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected.  Heavy rain is possible with some of these storms, where we may see an additional inch or more in some communities.  Overnight lows will drop to the low 40s.

The rain will be mostly gone by early Tuesday.  Clouds will be out for the morning, followed by emerging sunshine in the afternoon.  Breezy north winds will keep temperatures to about 60 degrees.

Wednesday will also be a dry day with nice weather.  Partly sunny skies with temperatures bumping up to the mid and upper 60s.

We’ll have a slight chance for rain or a thunderstorm on Thursday. Temperatures stay mild in the mid 60s.
