Ashwaubneon Turns to Baseball, Soccer for Sports

The stage is set to begin a new era in Green Bay baseball. The Bullfrogs, now called The Green Bay Booyah begin play at the new Capital Credit Union Park in Ashwaubenon in the Summer of 2019.

A new developmental soccer league will also bring team to Northeast Wisconsin. On this edition of Newsmaker Sunday, Local 5’s Tom Zalaski talks with John Fanta, Vice President of the Green Bay Booyah and John Fanta and John Fanta, General Manager of the Green Bay USL League 2 soccer team about the plans in place to make Ashwaubenon a center of sports activity in Brown County.
