Silver Alert issued for Green Bay man

GREEN BAY (WFRV) — Police need your help in finding a missing elderly man suffering from dementia.

Green Bay Police say Philip Jeanquart, 68, was last in contact with his family Monday around noon.  He may have the family’s Shih Tzu with him, as they are known to frequent local dog parks and pet stores.

He is described at 5’9″, 185 lbs., and has blue eyes and grey hair.  Jeanquart also walks with a limp and has stitches on his lower lip.

Jeanquart may be driving a grey Buick Lucerne with the Wisconsin license plate number 854-WMN.

Anyone with information on Jeanquart’s whereabouts is asked to call Green Bay Police at (920) 488-3200.
