Fashion for the Heart Fashion Show Helps Non-Profit Hospital

People In Our Community

Fall fashion is on many peoples minds, with cooler temperatures and fall colors. But this fashion show does much more than show off the latest trends.

The 31st annual Fashions from the Heart Fashion Show, hosted by the Partners of HSHS St. Vincent and St. Mary’s Hospitals in Green Bay is a fashion show, silent auction, dinner and much more that raises proceeds for the HSHS St. Vincent Heart Center.

The Heart Center enables patients, regardless of their ability to pay to get high-quality care. Through the proceeds of Fashions of the Heart, the hospital was able to purchase a Transcatheter Aoritic Valve Replacement which is minimally-invasive for patients that need a new heart valve. If it weren’t for the funds raised, the hospital wouldn’t have gotten the equipment.

Seven area stores are participating in the fashion show this year: Furs and Clothing of Distinction, hey, Daisy, LS Boutique, The Ultimate Closet, Josephine’s Attic, The Haberdasher Limited and Wild Ginger.

The night will include many local celebrities like our very own Local Five Live’s Lisa Malak, Millaine Wells and Local Five Anchor Brittany Falkers! Local Five Anchor Erin Davisson will be emcee for the event as well! Wives of Green Bay Packers coaches, Miss Green Bay and Miss Outstanding Teen Green Bay will also be in attendance.

The event is Tuesday, September 25th at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Green Bay. Doors open at 5:00 pm. There will be silent auction, raffle tickets, mystery boxes, a wine pull and more. Starting at 6:30, there will be a sit down dinner and inspiring stories from those who have been taken care of at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital Heart Center.

Fashion show starts at 7:30 pm.

Individual tickets can be purchased in the HSHS St. Vincent and St. Mary’s gift shop in Green Bay, they are $45 each.
