For this Friday you can expect clouds on the increase, and a chance for some passing snow flurries during the day. Temperatures will be in upper 20s and lower 30s. A few lakeshore counties such as Door and Kewaunee will be the target for a light lake effect snow bands off of Lake Michigan, mainly this afternoon.
Tonight, mostly cloudy skies will also be accompanied by a few flurries. Overnight lows will be in the mid 20s.
A chance for light snow will bring us through the first half of Saturday as lake effect snow showers move on shore. It’s possible to get light accumulation from a dusting up to a half inch, higher totals near the water by Door County. We’ll have a high around 31 degrees.
Skies go dry again Sunday as partly sunny skies emerge. High temperatures back in the low 30s.
Warmer weather arrives Monday as a mini January thaw returns. Mostly sunny skies take temperatures into the upper 30s to near 40 degrees.
