Friday Morning Video Forecast 1/11

From Storm Team 5…

For this Friday you can expect clouds on the increase, and a chance for some passing snow flurries during the day.  Temperatures will be in upper 20s and lower 30s.  A few lakeshore counties such as Door and Kewaunee will be the target for a light lake effect snow bands off of Lake Michigan, mainly this afternoon.

Tonight, mostly cloudy skies will also be accompanied by a few flurries.  Overnight lows will be in the mid 20s.

A chance for light snow will bring us through the first half of Saturday as lake effect snow showers move on shore.  It’s possible to get light accumulation from a dusting up to a half inch, higher totals near the water by Door County. We’ll have a high around 31 degrees.

Skies go dry again Sunday as partly sunny skies emerge.  High temperatures back in the low 30s.

Warmer weather arrives Monday as a mini January thaw returns.  Mostly sunny skies take temperatures into the upper 30s to near 40 degrees.
