THE STEADY AND MODERATE RAIN FROM OVERNIGHT HAS TURNED MORE TO SOME RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS ACROSS THE AREA ON FRIDAY. THAT CHANGED OVER TO SOME FLURRIES BEFORE ENDING LATE IN THE DAY. FLOOD WARNINGS CONTINUED FOR A GOOD PORTION OF SOUTHERN HALF OF THE STATE DUE TO RIVER FLOODING WHICH HAS CAUSED A LOT OF URBAN AND RURAL FLOODING IN MANY AREAS. THAT RESULTED IN THE CLOSURE TO MANY ROADS IN THE AREA AND SOME EVACUATIONS. THE COOLER TEMPS AND THE END TO THE PRECIP WILL SLOW UP SOME OF THE FLOODING AROUND THE AREA ALTHOUGH WITH THE FROZEN RIVERS AND SOIL ALTHOUGH IT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AWHILE BEFORE THE FLOODING RETREATS. HIGHS ONLY WARMED INTO THE 30S FOR HIGHS ON FRIDAY. SKIES WILL BE CLEARING OUT SATURDAY AND WE WILL SEE A DAY OR TWO OF COOLER AND MORE SEASONAL TEMPS BEFORE CONDITIONS WARM BACK UP FOR NEXT WEEK. TEMPS WILL WARM INTO THE 30S ON SATURDAY AND BACK TO AROUND 40 ON SUNDAY.
