WIND CHILL WARNINGS HAVE END FOR MOST OF THE AREA BUT WIND CHILL ADVISORIES WILL KICK IN THROUGH THE AFTERNOON THURSDAY AS WE BEGIN TO SEE A LITTLE IMPROVEMENT FROM THE ULTRA FRIGID CONDITIONS FROM THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS. CLOUDS WILL BEGIN TO MOVE IN AFTER ANOTHER DANGEROUSLY FRIGID NIGHT COMPARED TO WEDNESDAY NIGHT WHERE AIR TEMPS DROPPED INTO THE MINUS 20S AND WIND CHILLS WERE IN THE MINUS 30S AND 40S EARLY THIS MORNING. THE SLIGHTLY WARMER CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY MORNING WHEN WE EXPECT TO WARM UP EVEN MORE FOR THE WEEKEND. WE CAN EXPECT A VERY DRAMATIC WARM UP WITH NEAR RECORD HIGHS POSSIBLE BY THE END OF THE WEEKEND AND THE BEGINNING OF NEXT WEEK. HIGHS WILL WARM INTO THE 40S FOR THE WEEKEND.
