A MUCH COLDER DAY OUT THERE THURSDAY ALONG WITH WINDY CONDITIONS. WE SAW SOME BREAKS IN THE OVERCAST AND SOME SLOW CLEARING CAN BE EXPECTED THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGHS DROPPED FROM THE 50S AFTER MIDNIGHT INTO THE MID 40S BY MIDDAY. WINDS WERE VERY STRONG WITH GUSTS IN THE 30 MPH RANGE THROUGHOUT THE DAY. VERY COLD TEMPS WILL BE MOVING IN THURSDAY NIGHT. FREEZE WARNINGS HAVE BEEN POSTED FOR MANY LOCATIONS IN NORTHEAST WISCONSIN LATE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY FRIDAY MORNING WITH EARLY MORNING LOWS DROPPING TO AROUND 30. MORE SUN IS LIKELY FRIDAY BUT THESE COLD TEMPS WILL ALSO STICK AROUND AWHILE.  HIGHS ON FRIDAY WILL AGAIN ONLY WARM INTO THE 40S.
