From Storm Team 5…
Good Tuesday afternoon! The mild air is sticking around today, and radar and satellite indicating that the sunshine will be replaced by some cloud cover this afternoon. The sun, combined with a mild breeze from the southeast bringing temperatures this afternoon into the upper 60s, with a few readings over 70 degrees in central Wisconsin. Mid to upper 50s near Lake Michigan.
A spotty evening shower can’t be ruled out closer to the central portion of the state, but the better rain chance is looking to hold off until after midnight. Scattered showers and a few embedded thunderstorms will come off-and-on through Wednesday. Widespread severe weather is not anticipated, but it’s possible some locations north and west of Green Bay and the Valley could tally up to an inch of rain through Wednesday night. High temperatures tomorrow afternoon will stay in the 60s.
A few more rain showers will stick around for Thursday morning, but temperatures will drop back drastically into the day. 50s will be maintained from Thursday into next weekend.
Stay tuned for more updates from Storm Team 5 as we head through this week.
