Good Tuesday folks! We are looking at sunshine and mixed clouds this morning and afternoon helping to boost temperatures to around 80 degrees. Clouds are to be on the increase mid-late afternoon into this evening leading to a development of scattered showers and thunderstorms this evening and early overnight from northwest to southeast across the viewing area. South to southwest winds are to be quite brisk today at 10-25 mph gusting higher at times.
Any evening and early overnight wet weather gives way to drier conditions by daybreak Wednesday. Lows fall back into the middle 50’s. Mostly sunny skies are to be with us tomorrow along with cooler highs headed for the upper 60’s. It stays breezy on Wednesday.
Thursday begins with sunshine but clouds are to increase during the afternoon and a few spotty showers will be possible late day / evening across mainly southern sections of the viewing area. Highs on Thursday land in the middle 60’s.
Friday sees sunshine followed by increasing afternoon clouds as yet another weather system approaches from the southwest bringing about a much better chance for showers through the first half of Saturday. Low to mid 60’s on Friday are to be followed by middle 60’s on Saturday. Morning showers on the first half of our weekend may give way to a few breaks for sunshine during the afternoon.
Sunday shakes out dry with a mix of sun and clouds and highs a bit warmer near 70 degrees. Our next chance for a shower arrives late Sunday into the first half of Monday. Highs on Monday climb into the lower to middle 60’s.
