From Storm Team 5…
Kicking things off this Tuesday morning with a few snow flurries, otherwise partly sunny skies above. Temperatures will be on the cool side today with highs around 30 degrees, and wind chills down into the teens. You’ll notice a good deal of cloud cover moving out ahead of a clipper system diving in from the northwest. That will bring us a chance for a dusting of light snow or flurries this afternoon and evening, with a chance for some of those showers to mix over to freezing drizzle.
Tonight, a chance for light snow, otherwise partly to mostly cloudy skies out there. Lows tonight will drop into the upper teens and lower 20s.
Tomorrow brings a little more sunshine mixing with clouds, but it will be cold! Temperatures will be stuck in the mid 20s for highs.
Thanksgiving will still be a chilly day with temperatures in the lower 30s. You can expect mainly cloudy skies right through the daylight hours.
Warmer temperatures approach on Friday, and highs in the mid 40s will bring us back ABOVE AVERAGE. Mostly cloudy skies for the day will give way to late night rain showers.
Rain showers continue into Saturday, with temperatures into the low to mid 40s.
Cooling temperatures for Sunday. Highs make it to 38 degrees. Plus, our next impactful weather system will bring a mix of rain and snow showers during the day.
More of a snowy mix for Monday as temperatures fall to 32 degrees in the afternoon, but we could be looking for our next batch of accumulating snow. We’ll have more details on this snow maker as we go through the week.
