Good Tuesday folks! We are looking at sunshine mixed with clouds this morning into the early afternoon with temperatures on the climb into the middle 70s. Southwest winds go between 5-15 mph. Humidity levels will actually creep higher one more time today.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms develop later this afternoon as a cold front and upper-level disturbance work across the region later in the day and through this evening. Wet weather ends completely later on tonight and skies turn partly cloudy by daybreak with lows dropping into the middle 40s to start the middle day of the workweek.
Wednesday brings sunshine mixed with clouds and much cooler temps in the low 60s. West winds go quite breezy at 10-20 mph.
Thursday also turns out quite breezy, even windy, as numbers again top out in cool territory in the lower half of the 60s. A weather system passing to our north may send a shower south to Green Bay by later in the day but nothing important looks to occur. Skies on Thursday shake out mostly cloudy.
Friday also appears to bring a good deal of cloud cover and a slight chance for a shower or two mainly during the afternoon. Cooler readings only reach the middle 50s for daytime highs.
Saturday and Sunday now appear to go dry with a mix of sun and clouds anticipated. Previous runs of the models have brought the chance for a few showers so we will still keep an eye out for any possible changes in that weekend forecast. Temperatures will be cool over the weekend. Mid 50s on Saturday are to be followed by upper 50s on Sunday.
Our next chance for a few showers and thunderstorms looks to be at some point on Monday. Southerly flow helps move numbers back on an upward climb into the lower half of the 50s start the new workweek.
